All Limited Edition prints from Soulla Petrou's archive are supplied with a Certificate of Authenticity and are embossed and signed by the photographer and numbered on the front below the image. All prints have a white border of approx 1 to 2 inches.

 

The image is printed on Canson Baryta  Archival Giclee paper. The Baryta base creates whiter whites and deeper blacks whilst the silky smooth reflective light gloss coating enhances the detail and definition of the images.

 

All prints are sold unframed

 

 

The printed images are made to order on quality archival paper by expert printers, therefore this is a bespoke service. We endeavour to dispatch your item within 14 days of your order being placed. We package your item in extra heavy duty tubes to try to ensure their safe arrival. However the turnaround time depending on where you live in the world could be around 30 days.

 

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force  for international shipments. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you .

 

Shipping costs are calculated at check-out.

 

Print Sales Tax to customers outside the UK: If you are purchasing from overseas, sales will be zero rated for UK VAT at checkout, however any international customs or import taxes (inc any EU import VAT) due will be the responsibility of the buyer and will need to be in paid to your countries authorities or delivery courier on receipt of the product.

While we take great care in packaging your order, on rare occasions packages may become damaged in transit by outdide sources. Rest assured that if there should be any damage to the product in transit we would send a replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible. We require you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product and provide us with information and images of the damaged product and parcel.

 

You will be expected to pay for the returned item and any refund of the postage will be at the discretion of Soulla Petrou Ltd. All items returned must be sent with tracking as no responsibility or refund will be available without it, if the item should become lost in the post.

 

Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of the returned goods.

 

Please note we do not offer refunds on prints or art purchased, unless the item is damaged in transit.
