What is the difference between a Limited Edition and Open Edition Print ?

Accepted Answer

Limited Editions Prints are more collectable and more expensive as once the last print is sold in the edition, no more will be available ever in that particular print size. Each limited edition print is numbered on the front whereas the Open Edition prints are not.

Can I have the image I want on a different paper stock ?

How can I take care of my print?

Accepted Answer

Prints need to be mounted with acid-free, museum standard materials and framed with either UV glass or Perspex. Your print needs to be kept out of direct sunlight and away from damp conditions or unusually hot or cold areas.

When will I receive delivery of my order?

Accepted Answer

We endeavour to dispatch your item within 14 days but please allow up to 30 days depending on where you are in the world.

What happens if I don't like my print and want a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unfortunately we can not offer a refund on prints once they have been orderd, unless the item is damaged in transit. In this event a replacement will be sent once the damaged item has been returned. Please see more details in the Returns & Refund Policy on the product page. Full refunds are given if the prints or art orderd can not be replaced.
