While we take great care in packaging your order, on rare occasions packages may become damaged in transit by outdide sources. Rest assured that if there should be any damage to the product in transit we would send a replacement, or a full refund if a replacement is not possible. We require you to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product and provide us with information and images of the damaged product and parcel.
Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 30 days of the returned goods.
Please note we do not offer refunds on prints or art purchased, unless the item is damaged in transit.
